A lady contacted me regarding practical self-care tips. She is in the process of setting up her own freelance business and is also working full time too until it becomes more established. The lady is passionate about her business, yet she is finding that she does not know when to stop, also she finds it difficult to say no.
She finds she is not achieving a work-business – life balance, which suits her and ultimately her well-being is being compromised.
This is her feedback: (This is the transcript of a message received 10.11.16 at 10.23 am )
“Jacqueline is one of those people who has a natural intuition and a truly caring and empathetic nature.she has shown me the importance of making time and space to look after myself so I can stay on track in this busy world. I have a tendency to take on too much and Jacqueline has helped me get to the root of issues at times when I’ve been in a slump and helped me find the focus and energy I needed to tackle life’s problems head-on without it taking its toll on my wellbeing.” L.
