So there I was and another idea popped in my head.
What do you do with your ideas?
Do you let your ideas drain away or do you make a note or act upon them straightaway?
Two of the points I consider, extracted from my full list are
- How will it work?
- What shall I do first?.....
I'm learning how to keep my ideas in check (as I can be very creative!) which means I make a note then factor it in to my overall project - whatever it may be at the time, as I like to break down in to smaller action points (I know.... sounds boring but it has to be done - I can be logical too!)
As a former project manager and developer I've worked on a lot of ideas in my career and brought the majority to life as they have evolved in to real projects and solutions for individuals and communities, I love the how bit.
This is how I tackled my solopreneur business when I decided to become self employed and it has evolved. The only difference being I felt the framework I've since developed had to be more personalised as we all know being self employed naturally means your life and biz are totally intertwined and sometimes your self-care can take a back seat!
Sometimes its good to sit down with someone who IS detached but "gets it", introducing creative consulting and idea design session I've developed especially for Solopreneurs like you & me so that you can finally make a decision about your idea.
I've introduced the 75 minute session as I find some busy ladies want a quick turnaround and it's surprising how some ideas that have been lingering for a while get sorted and you can continue to "go for it" - whatever it may mean to you.
